I have been a loyal customer of Fresh Market for about five years and have always appreciated the friendly atmosphere and excellent customer service. It is definitely one of my favorite stores to shop at. However, I recently had an unfortunate experience which was unlike anything I have encountered before. My friends and I stopped by around 6:45 PM to grab something from the deli and decided to sit at one of the tables to enjoy our food and chat after visiting a friend at the hospital. Shortly after sitting down, an employee named Skyler came outside and began moving chairs near us in a very rough and noisy manner. She then started sweeping/ vacuuming very close to where we were seated without saying anything. We eventually got up and went inside to purchase our food and drinks. When we returned around 7:24 PM, we noticed caution wet floor signs, although the floor was dry. The chairs were stacked and some were on top of tables, but since the store stayed open until 9 PM, we took 3 chairs to sit at our original table to eat. However, Skyler immediately approached and told us, rather rudely, that this section was closed and insisted that there were signs there for a reason. When I

Since moving to Andalusia I forgot what a real grocery store looks like. There's just nothing like this around here. I was in awe of all the produce, meats, cheeses and seafood! And the staff was incredible! I was interested in crab cakes. Some were frozen and some were fresh. I had over an hour drive home and a bag of ice was offered to keep my food cold. The guy in the photo was very friendly, accommodating and answered all my questions. I wish I had gotten his name. Nowadays, it is hard to get basic customer service, let alone exceptional service. When I am in the area, I will make it a point to buy from here.

Love the place! Hate the prices. I get it, pay for quality, but that hit is why 4 stars. People there are nice, but non intrusive. Incredible bouquets and meat cutting. Saw one i couldn't walk away from. Turned it into a great Philly (my wife's favorite). Also recommend the fresh fruits and excellent cheese assortment.

I received over the top customer service from Rich in the meat department. I have this “crazy” thing about chicken… Anyway, I therefore proceeded to be annoying picking my split breasts. Rich smiled and couldn’t have been nicer. He also informed me the chicken I was buying comes prepackaged and it’s clean looking. No one in the meat department never thought to share that huge detail. Rich’s attitude and happy demeanor really set the tone for my day. I hope corporate recognizes Rick’s!!!!! TL

Logan is my HERO! I was in a rush to pick up lunch, and had no clue what to get. Logan whipped me up a gorgeous pizza and salad in the middle of the lunch rush (my god, is there a lunch rush here) and sent me on my way with kindness and care. He's fantastic, and I was so grateful that he made a rough day better.
